Had been hacked and you did a great job getting my computer back to where it was before it was hacked. I was a little concerned that it took 4 days to get someone on sight to redo it all. I was without my computer for 4 days. OUCH. I do get most of my work through my emails. But now we are good and I am shutting down my computer every evening.

I could not access the chat on Zoom, even though it was active and others were using it. You were able to fix the problem and get me up and running in time for my meeting.

Caleb, TJ and Jason were all friendly and patient trying to find the reason behind the issue with being able to connect to the printers along with explaining things, as needed, throughout the process. Robin did have to follow up and ask for Jason to come for in person service since it was determined that the issue was in connection to the recent phone changes made so I do appreciate that she was able to escalate the matter to make sure things were resolved.
