I had an issue with pop-ups on my computer. Called AME, she got on my screen and fixed the problem in five minutes.

New computer and monitors are working great.

JM Tax had an email breach reported by phone at approximately 9:30 am after a 20 minute hold time. In that time, I could see emails being sent from my Microsoft account that could not be shut down. I did not receive any updates throughout the day until I called in a second time at which time the agent confirmed my outlook could be logged back in with assurance the issue had been resolved.
