Figuring out the problem took some time and Caleb was very patient with me and the process. He followed through until the problem was resolved.

I was locked out of my computer and AME fixed it.

It was a quick, easy fix--my account had become locked. Someone answered right away and immediately unlocked the account. For the record, getting randomly locked out of my account happens a lot. Even the rep said it happens frequently for users at the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. I don't know if this is something that can be looked into on AME's side, but if yes, it would be great not to have this error happen so often.
