Brandon was excellent. worked with me thru the vpn issue and recommended ways to resolve them.

Erica and Randy were very prompt in solving the issues I was experiencing.

Mt ticket was answered promptly and Erica explained the problem to me in way that will help me troubleshoot the issue in the future.

I had a very basic issue but Eric took his time and double check some additional items that I mentioned. I have had two different calls with AME on different matters and both times Eric was patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Randy was tenacious in making the needed changes to Outlook so that I could revise two of my group lists.

I very much appreciate Erica and Jared's perseverance to solve the problem. The previous technician here in our building just gave up when he couldn't easily find a solution. Both Erica and Jared both were very good at keeping in contact to tell me they were still working to resolve the issue.
