When I switched to a new phone i was not able to get Outllook. The call was quick and solved my issue very easily

Somehow a lower quality version of Outlook got onto my desktop computer which has slowed my ability to work--taking 2-3x longer than usual because Microsoft messed up. The new version is not an upgrade; simultaneously, my computer seems to need hospice care. Thus there are multiple issues. The solution is to replace my computer, which is scheduled to happen this week. In the meantime, I am able to access email, through which much of my work arrives.
