My laptop would not log onto the local WIFI network.After trying to fix it remotely, I went in to the main building where your worker on site helped fix it.As he was trying things, he was explaining what he was doing. This was helpful to me. I was eager to learn what I might try in the future, should a similar incident occur.

Lost my desktop shortcuts after an update. It was determined it was created by a corrupt file in a OneDrive update. They were able to be restored.
