I would have given a five star if the task was completed on the day I entered it. We have made it known that disabling the account when it is the employee's last day should be completed same day.

I had a very basic issue but Eric took his time and double check some additional items that I mentioned. I have had two different calls with AME on different matters and both times Eric was patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Randy was tenacious in making the needed changes to Outlook so that I could revise two of my group lists.
