Lori Smith spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot why the window wouldn't open for Ultra Tax 2022. The 2nd tech Caleb figured it out in 2 minutes and showed me how to do it. I should go in task manager and right click to maximize the window so that it is visible when the app is opened. Props to Caleb but I am disappointed that the 1st tech wasted so much time but couldn't figure it out. Maybe she just needs more training. She was very friendly and answered the phone promptly. Finally, I'm not fond of the new AI assistant answering the phone or the jazz music playing in the background while you're on hold waiting for someone to answer.
