Was not able to get into Teams and the first technician was not able to resolve the issue. They had remote accessed my computer at the end of the day yesterday and the issue was still not resolved when I came in the morning. So, I called back and the tech from this morning resolved it within 10 minutes by first trying to run a repair, and when that didn't work, they uninstalled and reinstalled Teams, which resolved the issue. This should be standard protocol for this kind of issue.
