I was locked out of my device, and the technician got me back in!

Very grateful a AME tech showed up on site to assist with our project.

I wasn't able to log on to the VPN. The agent called and helped me to be able to get it working again. He also helped me access the folders I needed to, until such time as I was able to get back to the main office to update my laptop.

The technician tried to help and quickly escalated my issue.

The agent who answered the phone was very kind, patient and understanding. I felt that he really wanted to help me. Calling IT is always intimidating, as I don't want to feel like an idiot. He did not make me feel that way, which I really appreciate. I was able to get help the same day for my issue, which turned out to be that my computer had to be fully rebooted (not just restarted).

We had multiple questions about email encryption choices as set up by our organization on Outlook .All questions were answered satisfactorily; now we understand how to best utilize those features.
