The support I've gotten from AME has been excellent. All the staff are kind and attentive to my concerns.

Lindsey called for a FortiToken and they assisted her on making sure the VPN worked; however, did not give her a token. She told me they said she would have to go to me to get it. I then had to put in a ticket to get her a token. If she is a remote employee, it should be commonsense that she needs VPN access.
