Well it took longer to get it installed because Lauren’s credentials would not work so she had to escalate it to the local Randy. But once he was available he was able to get the job done.

I did have to wait for 2 full days before anyone contacted me about my problem. Once Randy, our onsite Ame person heard about it, he contacted me and worked out my problem.

I called to get the spelling corrected on my employees Teams account. It was very quick and easy. the IT employee knew exactly what he was doing and I appreciated that.
