My last communication about the issue was that it was being escalated to the next level. I'm not sure when the issue was worked on or who did it, but I'm no longer getting the "location" notification when I open Word documents. So kudos and thanks to the person who figured it out and made the change!

My U drive connect had been lost. I called AME & spoke to Craig and he was very helpful and was able to add the drive back on.

Appreciate the follow ups and effort. Nick was told it would be 45 minutes to fix. This seems odd to me since Tyler fixed the issue before in less than two minutes per laptop. Issue not resolved; however, Nick is busy and does not want to deal with it since he was told 45 minutes to fix.

The team, no matter who, have always been helpful, especially lately with the problems I have been having. They are friendly, helpful and get the job completed. Now if we could figure out why I'm having problems, that would be great.
