The response was real-time in that I did not have to leave a message or have the tech research and get back with me. He understood the issue and knew exactly where to look within my system to correct the issue.

Orson was very nice to work with and he made several attempts to resolve the issue himself before he escalated it. My biggest frustration is that he left me a voicemail and sent me an email to let me know that the problem was resolved, but I couldn't get into anything to see that he had called or emailed. I was at my desk waiting to hear back, so he must've called when I was on the phone with someone else. Another attempted phone call would've been nice.
