New computer and monitors are working great.

JM Tax had an email breach reported by phone at approximately 9:30 am after a 20 minute hold time. In that time, I could see emails being sent from my Microsoft account that could not be shut down. I did not receive any updates throughout the day until I called in a second time at which time the agent confirmed my outlook could be logged back in with assurance the issue had been resolved.
