Sent in request 3 times to fix the same problem (adding new employees). When the first call "fixed" the problem in a fairly short time, I asked to have some items removed that require assistance. Put in second call after new employee hire when it became apparent the problem wasn't fixed, again told it was "fixed," but it wasn't. Third request, I explained the problem and lack of solution to be told I should have a service contract because then I wouldn't be billed to fix the problem. And to add insult to injury, the .33 I currently am required to pay for the 3rd call, I was told we wouldn't be billed for. But here I sit with Invoice #905304.Unfortunately when we had a service contract, I was told a debug problem that glitches the software couldn't be fixed so we've had to live with it. This tells me that instead of my office determining how much time and money we spend on a problem, your company determines how much of your time and money you allow to be spent on fixing problems, not until the problem is fixed.

Aaron made an effort to find a solution when it appeared there wasn’t one. Yay for Aaron!

No one responded about this. Apparently they just closed the ticket.
