I called to request assistance with making sure our phones would remain rolled properly for our observance of the holiday on Friday 7/3 and remain rolled until Monday morning 7/6. I did this because there were previous issues with them not staying rolled correctly on Memorial Day holiday. They did conference in Phil Miller who was familiar with our previous issue and our phone system and he is the strongest link you have in your company! This man's professionalism is top notch. He and Courtney Conley are both assets to your company. I appreciated his attention to detail and his recognition of how imperative it is that our patient's and their families are able to reach us. I don't think everyone there understands what we do, but Phil does and I appreciated that more than I can explain.

Zach is an absolute beast. Professional, knows his stuff, and is willing to sit down with you and explain what's going on.We have a new internal IT employee and Zach took the time to go over the FortiOS and how our network is laid out for the new guy. Couldn't have asked for a better rundown.

This email was never found and able to be released to come thru. I finally gave the students advisor my personal email and she sent it to me at that email address and it came thru to it without any issues and I signed it and sent it back without any difficulty.

Technician was very condescending. Interrupted me. Would not let me finish my sentences to tell him what was going on, what had happened and what I needed him to check for.

Technicians were professional and polite, but were unable to restore Google Chrome functionality after attempts durig two separate visits.
