Our location is remote from our HQ in Lexington. I have to communicate issues from here to our IT representative there then they reach out to you. I am copied on the communication request for assistance. It took over a day to hear from someone. When I did get a call your representative was not the one qualified to assist me (even though we had spelled out in our email notification to you what the problem was - phone and copier not working). When I finally heard from John, another two days later he didn't seem informed either. As we walked me through the usual prompts he ignored what I had already told him the problem was and what I had done to resolve it. Thus, requiring me to repeat myself. He's tone was not friendly and he seemed put out as if I was a bother to deal with. I didn't appreciate his lack of sincere interest in my situation. We had been without phone or copier/printer for days which has hampered our ability to operate properly. When all was said and done his conclusion was mine which was our POE had stopped working. In conclusion, if you ask me what I have done to resolve the issue, then ignore my efforts only to repeat them, then "you" come to the same conclusion I made how did you help me? I was told to go out and by a new POE. That isn't support. That's reaffirmation. The time we spent waiting on your teams responses was a complete waste of my time. Your team did not provide any value and made the situation more difficult. Your team did not provide what you were hired to do... help.

I was locked out on my laptop had to have the recovery code sent to my email. It was quick and easy for someone to get back into my laptop. Very polite person whose I had the pleasure of working with.
