As a new employee of Ashland, Henry Clay's Estate, in Lexington, Ky, I encountered new equipment issues both on a Mac and PC. On several occasions Esteban efficiently assessed and corrected every single issue, of which there were many. I was impressed by his in-depth knowledge of both operating systems, as well as his ability to source necessary patches and drivers to remedy all situations. We are told that calling AME is the fastest way to get issues addressed in real time, yet it took me 20 minutes and 3 calls before I was finally able to get someone live to speak with. All I needed was administrator credentials to install a new data platform, but it took almost a half hour out of my day. It would be ideal to have a more direct way to get in touch with folks for easy, time-sensitive issues.

I was not immediately available when Max reached out to help me with my ticket. He was very persistent, and patient with me. He helped me resolve my issue in no time, and he told me what to do if the problem happened again.

Experience was great. My ticket was opened at 10:48 and the task was completed before 12pm. Max McFarland emailed me to let me know the ticket had been completed. I appreciated that.

Internet went down at the Burkesville office. My supervisor directed me to call. The internet came back up and I called back to let you know. I don't think any action was taken however, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice.
