Steve is always extremely kind and great to work with. Within minutes, we had a Microsoft 365 license ready to apply to a new email our company was setting up. Took no time at all.

Brandon Cripe is excellent! He made sure he was available for us today to configure a WAN port to a new network at one of our locations. He was very quick and accurate in his work and I can't say much better; he knows our equipment and system well and is very good at what he does.

We put this ticket in on Thursday and Michelle did not receive a call back for resolution until Friday afternoon at like 2:55 so it was greater than 24hrs before the need was addressed. Luckily one of your guys was in our office this morning for a training and had already fixed the problem. Now - granted we didn't understand you could assign a priority to things when you submit a ticket so that may be partially our fault, but I find > 24 hrs too long to wait for a response when field staff rely alot on email.
