Max was very professional and knowledgeable about making sure my computer was safe and not hacked. he took all of the precautions and did the same for the 2 co-workers that my computer sent random e-mails too. He also helped me add the Outlook app onto my Apple phone.

AME does "not provide the service of working with ethernet wiring or connectors." which was the initial reason for contacting them, since they are already in-house for IT support.
