The fix was easy (thanks for taking control of the screen and doing it). I just wish I could've gotten VPN access the day I lost it. But, otherwise, resolution was fine.

I called to see why I couldn't get an app downloaded on my computer and the tech took control of my computer and within a few minutes he had it fixed and ready for me. He had me send a test message and it worked great.
