I received a call the next working morning re my VPN issue. We agreed to reboot while on the phone and it appeared to fix the problem. I will check the VPN connection tonight to confirm. Always a pleasure working with AME.

I came right in towards the end of the day with my laptop having issues. Jesse was able to help me. It did take a lot of time, but he remained patient and through until it got to a point I could walk out with it and be comfortable with it working.Then the next day I had to return due to an encryption issue. Jesse and Cal worked together to solve the issue, and in the meantime, they gave me a loaner so my workflow would not be to disturbed. When the machine was ready, they notified me, and made sure that it was working properly while I restarted, logged in, and accessed the information I needed.
