We put this ticket in on Thursday and Michelle did not receive a call back for resolution until Friday afternoon at like 2:55 so it was greater than 24hrs before the need was addressed. Luckily one of your guys was in our office this morning for a training and had already fixed the problem. Now - granted we didn't understand you could assign a priority to things when you submit a ticket so that may be partially our fault, but I find > 24 hrs too long to wait for a response when field staff rely alot on email.

The techs were happy to help and direct me to network engineer Brandon. He worked immediately on our issue and when I needed him later in the afternoon to help resolve the issue, he was quick to respond and knew exactly what to do. Your staff continues to impress me and knows our system well.
