I just don't understand why we need to involve AME for each and every password issue. We handle plenty of sensitive information, I don't get why my own password is an issue.

i called Max about the email set up for Merrille, I didn't receive an email back indicating a ticket had been created. About 2 days later (I think), I called to inquire about it. I talked to Wyatt who said I would need to talk with Max and he would call me later. I pushed Wyatt to at least confirm the ticket existed which he did and it seemed that for whatever reason the ticket was not active. At that point, Wyatt said he would be able to set up the email, which he did. I'm a long time customer and have only recently started to see a breakdown in the ticket creation. I would set up my own ticket, but the ticket system has so many choices in the dropdown that it is a bit confusing. Do you have a service tool that can be added to Mac? I use my macbooks more than ever now and having the service tool on that would help. Thank you.
