We noticed multiple issues with our website and third party email platform and Ben was there to help not only get it resolved but instruct me on the steps needed to be taken to do so. Very helpful and thorough follow up.

Max was very professional and knowledgeable about making sure my computer was safe and not hacked. he took all of the precautions and did the same for the 2 co-workers that my computer sent random e-mails too. He also helped me add the Outlook app onto my Apple phone.
