AME team answers the call or ticket in a timely manner. I have been impressed and appreciative on how quickly and easily the technician solves an issue. Very friendly team!

I spoke two times to a technician on Thursday, June 25. I must say that this is the first time that I have been disappointed in the service from AME. I was having trouble connecting to the email on my phone after being prompted to change my log in information for my desktop. The first time I spoke with him, he seemed very impatient with me and kept sighing like I was not moving fast enough for him. (I was already super frustrated so that didn't help). I ended up telling him that I would call back later in the day. When I called back, same technician his demeanor improved however, he changed the password on the computer and then I could no longer access my desktop email or my phone email which was quite a concern. He told me that he would have a technician call me first thing on Friday. I did receive the call but not until 2:00 p.m. the following day. In the meantime, I came in early Friday morning (I was supposed to be out that day) waiting for a call that never came. I ended up calling AME again, Orson answered the phone and was able to get the whole thing fixed in less than 15 minutes. I believe that the first technician (unfortunately, I am not able to remember his name) may need a little more training not only on the competer but on the customer service side as well.

It was a good experience. The tech was not able to figure out the issue at the time but I was told they would do some research and get back with us. A tech did get back with us the next day.

Ben was great as always getting things resolved. We still have not received a quote for work he said we needed done.
