Once again Esteban followed up with me and realized the urgency of my issue. There were mins left on his shift (I understand the office closes at 6pm) and in that short amount of time he returned my call after Justin shared with Esteban that I desperately needed to talk with him before he left for the evening. He called me back and we resolved the issue. I was able to leave the office on 5.19.26 with everything in order for the person who would sit in the office in my absence. Thank you Jim for giving the call center's number (while on vacation!) and your willingness to assist me as I attempted, in my layman's language, to explain the issue.
