A ticket was submitted affecting six members of our staff on 1/26/26 around 10:15am. No one called or emailed back that day, so I emailed osc@theamegroup.com for a status update on 1/27/26 at 8:38am. As of 12:00pm, no one had reached out to us. I then called and spoke with Esteban who was able to fix our issue in less than 20 minutes which we greatly appreciated. What we do not appreciate is that we are supposed to have a two-hour response time and this ticket took over 24 hours and even then, we had to reach out to your organization to get assistance. This was very frustrating to us, especially with the amount of business that we conduct with your company. We hope in the future that this does not happen again.

I calle this morning due to an authenticator app was not working. Orson took over and new exactly what the problem was a fixed it right away.Any time that I have to work with the AME Group I am very pleased with the work that each of them do.Thank you, guys/gals, for always being on top of everything.
