I called because I was having problem loading my email. The technician I spoke to completed deleted outlook without even asking or checking to see if I had multiple accounts attached to it. Once they logged me back in they set up 1 email then tried to end the call until I brought to their attention that I had multiple emails attached to it. Luckily we were able to get the reattached and working. However, I had to sit there and tell them which ones they deleted. Not very happy that a simple fix took awhile because the technician did not pay attention or ask questions.
