He came in, asked me what was going on and what had been done. He checked a few things from my comments and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I wish he could have come first 2 months ago.

I was working in Quick Books and it kicked me out and when I tried to log back in, Quickbooks was saying it could not find our company file. Called in and Steve had me back up and running.

Everything was resolved. It was confusing because initially I submitted an email, and then I missed the AME phone call, and when I called back, I got a different person who opened a new ticket. That person didn't have full rights to completely resolve my issue, so it went to a 3rd person. I'm not annoyed, it just felt a little convoluted.
