Ken was very professional and helpful. He physically came and worked on my computer issue. He gave me his direct # to call if I had any more issues with my computer freezing up during updates.

I have been Dealing with Mr. Steve Cox for several years now, not only he is a pleasure to work with but always has a solution for my problems and does it in a timely manner. To be honest he is the person I go to for anything technical regarding AME.
