GOT RIGHT IN FIXED THE PROBLEM KEPT ME ADVISED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON

Issue was resolved quickly.

Emails were not coming through that should have been and the team worked to determine the issue. It took several days however they kept researching until the issue was resolved.

Ben was able to fix my issue rather quickly and responded fast to my inquiry as I was down and not able to perform my job duties.

Solved problem immediately.

printed documents would spool, but not print. I tried everything I know to do and then contacted Steve Cox to help. Steve was fantastic as always!! found the issue and corrected it while I was still on the phone with him.

I was able to add two people to an email account with just putting in a ticket, AME knew what to do without having to ask me anything. And my request was completed within a couple of hours.

Representatives were attentive.

My issue was resolved within 5 mins. Very happy with my experience.

Almost had the phone set up the way I wanted it then Collin would put it back the way it was without talking to me or explaining why. No call from him at all! He told Estevan that is the way that Bill Z. wanted it. Bill is not my boss. It was like what I wanted did not matter and I didn't deserve an explanation. My boss who is over Bill Z. want this change. I have never been more insulted! Smug!Also, I could use an update to my phone that could handle the change.
