I called to get my authentication for the VPN to work. I called about 4 times that were transferred to someone else who was not immediately available. I did get the issue resolved rather quickly on the last call that I made. The technician was efficient and friendly. On one call I was made aware that it was considered after hours and that the charge had to be approved - I told the technician that it was not that critical and I could wait until normal working hours.
