Everyone spent a lot of time trying to fix Quickbooks and I thank each and every one for going to great lengths to solve our issue. A huge thanks to everyone especially Ken Harley who got us up and running again!!!

Brian updated my computer and it had lots of issues. The process took almost 7 hours. Brian got it up and running then my email quit the next day. Steve remoted into my computer and spent a few more hours. I came in today (Monday morning) to find Steve has me up and running. It was a nightmare experience, but the techs were great!
