I needed my email shortened to make it more user friendly. The person who called me, knew exactly how to help me! He took care of my issue while we were on the phone. I tested it. Works like a charm!

Michael and Collin were professional and got the job done in a timely manner.I would suggest letting the customer know a timeline concerning implementing a new process, as I didn't hear from AME for several days, so I emailed AME after the second day inquiring what would be the next step in getting the problem resolved. The two-day down time (from my perspective) was necessary, but I didn't know that until I inquired about the timeline for the project.

Max was very patient, pleasant and fixed the issue fast!
