I appreciate the staff using user-friendly language with me as an end-user. That means so much. I especially appreciate their understanding my explanations that aren't always succinct.

In this particular case, we ran into some issues with loading a label printer on the server. I was told they were going to escalate and try to make this happen.I had actually given up on this happening, but unlike so many situations today, this was followed up and made to happen couple weeks later. Very pleased with this commitment to follow up and follow through.

My issue was resolved promptly and professionally.

He did not start from scratch and set up network. Had me call AT&T to set up static IP on a computer and all the networking went out.
