Steve is awesome!!

It was a smooth experience that concluded in the desired result. Ben was wonderful to work with and got everything completed quickly.

My laptop crashed and it had to be picked up from office to have it worked on at your office. when it was brought back, an individual came who wasn't familiar with the way KyCPA is set up. When I brought it home to work the next day, there were several applications missing and I wasn't able to do anything. Steve Cox called me and was able to get everything set up for me and followed back up with me today.

All the Technicians were great to work with to resolve the issues.

AME got right to the issue and corrected it.

Steve is always great to work with. He knew exactly what to do regarding my request and went to town doing it, being nice to interact with along the way.

Ben reviewed my issue and took the time to review and update what he could in hope of eliminating the problem.
