Technician did a great job getting the computer updated. However, there has been no answer as to why these updates were not done and I was told that I will need to do updates when I see them. I don't have a problem doing that, just confusing when we pay for this service but then have to monitor that and perform those tasks.

Orsen/Orson attempted to assist me with removing credentials of other users. Some were successful removals, others weren't. However, he shared what the next step would need to be. He also answered other questions I had in layman's terms; that made me feel good that someone who has been in the IT profession has the ability to explain their job function and answer questions for someone who IS NOT in the same profession.

Had trouble with VPN connection. Tech helped upload new version of software; however, we were disconnected when the PC auto-restarted. I did not hear back from anyone. Once I called back another tech helped get things running.Strange that I had to talk to 4 techs during the process, but they had the information needed to get the job done relatively quickly.

I requested on Monday to have an employee's email connected to my email. I did not hear back from anyone so I sent a follow up request on Wednesday. I got a call that it had been taken care of. But for some reason I was not getting emails sent to my email address after this change was put in place. I called the and spoke to Ben. He was able to get everything corrected.

I couldn't access the geo site. He was a wonderful tech who got me on line in no time. thanks
