When I finally got to a person, the service was excellent. The AI process to get to an agent took too long and then the call was disconnected by the AI before I was transferred to an agent. When i didn't get a call back after 20 minutes, I started the process over. I was informed by the agent that my first call had not turned into a ticket and I wasted 20 minutes waiting for a call back. Very unproductive.
