The gentleman I worked with was amazing. Fast, accurate and so kind. He spoke to me in terms that I understood and walked me through everything step by step. Even though my phone kind of took over and did a lot of the "hard" work. Ha.

Typhani always takes the time even though she is busy to see if I have any questions with the ticket when she is finished. She makes sure we are 100% satisfied and she's great to work with every day! She's awesome!

Bob was very patient and worked with Diana until the issue was resolved. He was following up after another tech was unsuccessful and left Diana feeling like she was doing something wrong when that was not the case.
