The timeline to resolve this issue was not the problem. I feel that whenever AME set up these folders they should've been more thoughtful on permissions at that time. I was always under the impression that these folders had permissions and was shocked to find that anyone could see my scanned files.Also - I'd recommend you had an "Other" option for question 2, as these items didn't encompass my concern/issue.

clicked on a link and did not feel comfortable. Found that the email sent had been compromised.

Having trouble connecting email to phone

The technician called and when I went into Contact Management it didn't give me the same message that I called about. It was working fine. The tech really didn't have to do anything.

Experience was great. Bob was quick and efficient in resolving my login issue. Always great to talk to.
