Eric explained what would need to be done to fix Angela's email issue, but I wasn't comfortable walking her through some of the steps. I transferred Eric to her and he worked with her to resolve the issue quickly. She's one of our sales people and was very concerned about the loss of contact with her customers while on the road. She was very appreciative of Eric's help.

Jesse did great. His initial attempts didn't work, but after consulting someone we did an R/R of the software and it came back happy.

I am super satisfied Aaron was able to take care of my issue in a timely manner.

My original request was for spam quarantine notification for email enabled public folders. What I received was a statistics report instead that other than mentioning the word spam, had nothing to do with what I needed. I had to make several requests to get the ticket escalated and actually get the report I needed. I hate to leave this kind of review but I've received repeated requests to complete this survey.
