I talked with an OSC service tech, Eric Yardley and he was very accommodating to my questions and issues concerning my scanner and loss of AME ticket agent. He spent about 45 minutes with me and researched my scanner problems and also made sure that my AME ticket agent completed successfully. 5 Stars!

This was an internal ticket to assist with resetting a client's 2FA for the account he uses to connect to our shared collaboration team in MS Teams. Brandon with the OSC reached out and took care of the issue very quickly and efficiently. Our OSC team is great!

Technician was responsive to our reaching out for assistance on unlocking our computer. I would like to see something in place that shows when we can try to enter the password again instead of having to call support to unlock. this is a group computer and we were forced to change passwords, so there have been a lot of mis-keys on the password. Please look into shorter lockout times and less having to have admin unlocking computers.
