there was a lot of confusion on your end with this request. It started off ok at the beginning but after the initial ticket was created via Eric there was a lot of confusion afterwards (2 tickets created for the same issue, 3 different Reps including an engineer and very little internal communication) resulting in Eric following up with me repeatedly because he was continuously left out of the loop. He had to call me for the updates. The task was easy (VPN quit working) but your team made it appear difficult.

The tech very quickly addressed and solved my problem with my printer, very polite and explained things as he went along!

In a relatively short time the problem was solved and all technicians were very pleasant.
