The OSC contacted Samantha right away and determined her remote session hadn't closed properly. They signed her out and she was able to sign in to Outlook normally. Very quick response, and Samantha was able to continue with her day.

Brant Schaefer contacted me and quickly got on my laptop to look at the issue. He was able to uninstall and reinstall my 3CX software and that corrected the issue with not hearing the phone ring. I appreciate his prompt assistance.

We were setting up our new ERP and specifically testing emails. In order to make it work, one of our email addresses needed a password. I contacted Keith, and he was able to come up with a solution in a timely manner which caused no delays in our ERP implementation progress.
