Michelle was wonderful. I called AME a few minutes before getting Michelle. The rep I first talked with did nothing. I just hung up and called again. Second time, I got Michelle. Though she could not get into my computer because my problem was that my computer wasn't connecting to the internet, Michelle stayed on the phone with me to trouble shoot some things in my house with the router. After doing all the things she told me to do, I was then able to get onto my computer. I wish everyone could be like Michelle.

I needed to change the phone number for dual authentication. The first agent didn't know how to do that and referred it to another agent. Tyler was able to make the change on the same day.
