Lori stayed on the line with me the entire time she was working on the problem. She called in help from Tyler after attempting several ways to solve my problem. Ultimately, she found the issue and corrected it so I could get on with my work. Thank you for the time, attention and success.

I wasn't able to log onto the remote desktop. My AME tech took the time to figure it out. When I made a suggestion, he tried it and it worked. Issue fixed in under an hour. thanks.

I put in a ticket on Friday, May 22 for help. No one reached out to me. I followed up Tuesday, June 2, and Thursday, June 4. No one reached out to me. I put in an additional ticket (this one, the one I'm responding to the survey about) saying no one helped me. Someone then reached out on my initial ticket via email, but they said they didn't know what I meant. I responded immediately with clarification. Then someone called me on this ticket asking if everything was okay. I said someone responded so hopefully that would keep up. She then understandably closed my second ticket. That was 48 hours ago. No one has reached out to me since. I still am no closer to resolving my initial ticket today on June 10 than I was before I submitted the ticket almost 3 weeks ago

Lori Smith and then David Flook went above and beyond to solve the mystery of why I wasn't able to print Outlook Emails. I appreciated that Lori discovered that my 'inherited' laptop hadn't been updated for several months...and David discovered the 'glitch' that was keeping me from being able to print from Outlook emails. Everything is still working well 3 days after their intervention.
