Didn't take long and the problem was resolved.

There are times when we are pushed from a time perspective. I needed an email created for a facilitator so she could reach out to our client. I try and respect the 7 day turnaround time, but in this case needed it ASAP. Seth did a great job and getting it completed within 24 hours.

The technician was quick and efficient during the installation. He asked questions on what our problem was and how to connect using our systems.
