I have asked 3 times for techs to remove the (NEW WINDOWS PATCHES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED MESSAGE) but it never goes away. your techs have remoted in twice. Not sure how to stop this message. but it hits me 3-4 times per day. it's annoying. PLEASE HELP.

NATHAN SCHUSSLER HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL THE PAST FEW WEEKS WITH DIFFERENT TASKS THAT HAVE NEEDED THE ATTENTION OF AME. AS WELL AS CALEB K. (Krumbly?) HE HAS BEEN HELPFUL AS WELL.

It was 6AM I didn't want to have to call AME that early probably any more than the tech wanted me to call in at 6AM but he was very nice friendly & ready to help & I appreciate that.
