We needed to restore a client MS Teams recorded video from May. Ethan (I believe was his name, I apologize for not being sure) was AMAZING! I ended up speaking with him twice. He stuck with it and was able to recover the video. His determination kept us from having to go back to the client to record the script again. Plus, he was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Great job! I really appreciate him!
