Our main printer's IP address somehow changed, causing everyone's computer to disconnect from it. After three calls and quite a bit of troubleshooting, the issue was resolved. Each person I spoke with was professional and helpful.

I believe the issue was resolved by explaining to Mr. Bill how to fix the internet issue on his device, and we also set up a backup desktop in office with a main admin log on. Bill was insistent AME had helped him before, so I called despite it being his personal computer. There was both a rude comment by the technician that AME should not have been involved in the first place, and an authoritarian email from Charlie echoing that statement. I do understand protocol, but I felt like I was attacked from both sides and the tone of the email was unnecessarily harsh- I was just doing what I was asked to.

Broken key on laptop keyboard. Nothing that AME could do, but the agent encouraged me to reach out internally to see if machine still under warranty. He was extremely kind and helpful.
