AJ was able to find the issue and immediately begin the process to get me back online. AME, the afternoon prior had shutdown my access to my laptop. After speaking with AJ I was back online quickly with a thorough understanding of what had happened. I couldn't be more please with his work in getting my up and running again.

Craig Parnell started the process with me and resolved part of the issue - my Salesforce Add-In not working correctly. Which got me back into being able to log my sales activities. Then Tyler Breitigam stepped in to work on my Salesloft "Loft It" Add-In not working. Tyler went above and beyond to connect with Salesloft Support and worked with both of us over multiple days to resolve a very complex issue. Both Craig and Tyler were personable, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. And talk about persistence! Thank you, Tyler!
