Couldn't log into iOS Teams (and encountered a weird inability to use MS Authenticator). Turned out to be my phone's VPN. Thanks for your patience and help troubleshooting what ended up being my own mistake.

I have asked 3 times for techs to remove the (NEW WINDOWS PATCHES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED MESSAGE) but it never goes away. your techs have remoted in twice. Not sure how to stop this message. but it hits me 3-4 times per day. it's annoying. PLEASE HELP.

NATHAN SCHUSSLER HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL THE PAST FEW WEEKS WITH DIFFERENT TASKS THAT HAVE NEEDED THE ATTENTION OF AME. AS WELL AS CALEB K. (Krumbly?) HE HAS BEEN HELPFUL AS WELL.
