Broken key on laptop keyboard. Nothing that AME could do, but the agent encouraged me to reach out internally to see if machine still under warranty. He was extremely kind and helpful.

Way too many emails blocked now. Have to get permission to get emails from admin. It's never been this aggressive of a blocking system. What changed? It's creating a lot of extra work.
