AME staff was quick to respond. Very kind and respectful. Resolved my issue quickly.

The ticket was not completed. I had to call and open an additional ticket to get this new hire added to two group email addresses.

It would have been nice if the issue could have been resolved in one phone call but it did end up taking 2.

The individual I spoke with was very helpful and this is not his fault. I asked for this to be completed on ticket number 1614258. It was not as usual. I've been working with the AME Group to get our tickets completed fully for a very long time and it never happens no matter what I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick resolution

I appreciated how quickly Tyler was able to have my system up and running.

I added a license for a contractor and they somehow ended up in the cyber security program. I emailed to have them removed.

got a phishing email. Forwarded it and they put a block on the email server.
